I like the mood of the tune. I can't offer a lot of feedback where the mix is concerned.. computer monitors, and all.

The only thing that seemed to stand out, was that at times, it seemed that there was a bit of friction between the piano and the guitar, as if the guitarist was wanting to go somewhere else in terms of melody. If the guitar was improvised over the piano however, I can see how this might happen. The tune seemed wanting of a coda instead of a fade-out.. BUT

I'm uncomfortable critiquing other artist's work because it involves second-guessing their intentions. I'd just iron out the little guitar parts that sounded somewhat dissonant.
