Features:
2 unbalanced 1/4" inputs and outputs, 2 unbalanced RCA inputs and outputs. 2 seperate channels so you can process individual instruments. Each channels has a low contour knob which gives a 50Hz boost or cut by 10dB. Each channel also has a processing knob which determines how much of the signal the maximizer affects. An LED display on each channel shows the signal output dB level. Bypass switch included.

What I liked:
I like this processor because it does seem to bring out certain instruments in my mixes, especially when compression is used. It seems more like an EQ when you listen to the results, but does a fantastic job with the bottom frequencies. I like how the low frequency is a little lower than most low EQs. Most are up around 75-80Hz. A nice unit to have in your rack.
What I didn't:
It would be nice to have a stereo link button so you can automatically link a stereo pair, as with mixdowns. The low contour knob could be labeled like an EQ boost/cut knob with the center being no boost or gain. As it is, the number 5 represents no boost or gain, and everything above or below is cut or boost. Kind of confusing at first but really a minor inconvenience.
User Tips:
Make sure you do not overuse the processing and monitor the output either before or after tape so you know how it sounds.
