What I liked:
Not bad for their size. I bought these on an impulse when the local Guitar Center was clearing them out. Average price is around $240, so I couldn't pass up $175. I bought these mainly for my DAW and video editing area. I like the funky port covers. Using those allows you to use a subwoofer without getting any conflicting waves going on. That little trick works great.
What I didn't:
The bass is pretty good for their size, but I still need more. I have mine right up next to my PC monitor and occasionally a video monitor. On high levels, the screens still pulse with the bass. So I'm not sure how shielded they really are. My biggest gripe has nothing to do with the monitors, but how Guitar Center labeled them. Totally misleading.. but I did save a good chunk, so I won't bitch about it too much.
User Tips:
They're monitors.... if you need tips on how to use them, there's obviously more you need to learn about everything else first.
